JAAN offers a British gastronomy reinterpreted through a modern and innovative culinary lens which was inspired by his hometown and longstanding passions.

The award winning S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 for Southeast Asia Chef Westaway whips up sumptuous dishes from the indulgent Devon Cheddar Cheese Buckwheat Pancake, Scottish Scallop, Devon Cream Tea to the delectable Strawberry Cheesecake dessert. Pair these British cuisines with the Michelin Star restaurant’s good selection of wine and champagne.

JAAN means ‘bowl’ in Cambodian. The 40 seater restaurant is high above the ground at the 70th floor of Swissotel. The ambiance is pristine and sophisticated with huge Murano crystal and silver chandelier. Certainly a treat to dine with a view of the Southeast Asian country’s skyscrapers while satisfying your palate.

The restaurant also features an elegant private dining room for exclusive events. If you’re planning to throw a celebration or just prefers to have a quieter dining experience, the room accommodates up to eight guests and can be reserved for special occasions.
